We train our horses bodies to be fit, strong and supple. As riders, we also need to work on our own bodies, to become an effective partnership!
The Equiletix 8 Week Program will help you develop your fitness, flexibility, strength and balance on and off the horse, so you can shine as the rider you want to be!
No matter your age, current fitness or the level you ride at, you can break through the challenges that hold you back in your riding, and it doesn’t take hours in the gym or even every day.

The program is delivered via the Equiletix app on your phone. You will gain access as soon as you sign up.

The workouts go for around 30 minutes. This is to make it easy to fit into your day. The workouts can be increased/decreased in difficulty depending on your level.

I would recommend working with your doctor and physiotherapist to make sure you have appropriate variations for certain exercises. You can swap exercises in the app to suit. You can always ask Kirsty for recommendations if you need variations.

The program runs for 8 weeks, after that time we have ongoing memberships available and updated programs. You can maintain access to the program.
