Kate: "My ability to sit trot has improved dramatically and I've dropped a dress size!"

I started training with Kirsty nearly two years ago with a small group of like minded riders who wanted to improve overall fitness and general well-being.  Our group meets weekly and I also have my own individual program designed by Kirsty so I can also go along to the gym whenever I like.

When I started I was recovering from a shoulder injury which prevented me from lifting my arms above my shoulder.  Gradually, I have become stronger and stronger and no longer worry about what my shoulder can cope with.

Apart from the benefits of overall well-being, my strength and stamina have improved enormously.

 With exercises specifically targeted towards muscle groups that we all use when riding, my ability to sit trot has improved dramatically (although I still dread those Mediums across the diagonal!).

I’ve also dropped a dress size.
