Lifting heavy objects, cleaning yards, raking, sweeping, shovelling, picking up bags of feed, picking up your horses feet, moving jumps and arenas…
We can’t deny looking after our horses involves so much manual work. Being fit, strong and supple makes it’s so much easier to get through, and leaves you more energy to enjoy your riding!
I love hearing my clients wins about being able to pick up a hay bale with ease, or be able to push the wheelbarrow without struggle, or be able to bend over to pick up their horses feet, or move all their jump poles in one go, or getting through the horse chores and actually getting on their horse rather than packing up and going home because they’re exhausted. And of course I also love hearing the improvements riders experience in their position and performance 💪🏻
